Ten Hag remains Man Utd boss- British media
Erik ten Hag will continue as the coach of Manchester United after the club’s performance review, British media reported on Tuesday.
Speculation about Ten Hag’s future arose after a disappointing second season, where the team finished eighth in the Premier League and was eliminated in the Champions League group stage.
However, Ten Hag, 54, improved his standing by leading Manchester United to a 2-1 FA Cup final victory against Manchester City in May.
The Press Association in Britain stated that United decided to keep Ten Hag after evaluating the 2023-24 season and the overall performance of the first team over two weeks.
With Ten Hag’s contract set to end next summer, talks about a contract extension have reportedly started.
Before the FA Cup final, there were reports suggesting that Ten Hag would be dismissed regardless of the match result.
